The 2018 Summer League runs from July 15 through October 27, 2018.
The season comprises 70 teams divided into 7 groups of 10 teams each. The groups are:
- Group A: Sundays at 1:30 pm
- Group B: Sundays at 6:30 pm
- Group C: Mondays at 6:30 pm
- Group D: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm
- Group E: Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
- Group F: Thursdays at 6:30 pm
- Group G: Fridays at 7:00 pm
The regular season runs from July 15 through October 19. During the regular season, each team plays one match against each of the other nine teams in their group. 66 teams will also play one inter-group practice match against a randomly selected team from another group. Due to scheduling restrictions, four teams will not have a practice match.
At the end of the regular season, the top four teams in each group advance to the playoffs. Single elimination playoffs commence on October 21 and finish with the championship match on October 27. The four playoff teams with the best regular season winning percentages receive a first round bye in the playoffs.
